Parklands Baptist Church's Podcast
15th October Wednesday Service: Impartation of Uncommon Grace. By Deacon Robert Munene, PBC Northgate
What if the problem isn’t that you’re late, but that you’re using the wrong clock? We lean into a timely, practical exploration of uncommon grace—the kind that doesn’t just soothe your feelings but supplies exactly what you need. Instead of reaching for everything at once, we talk about asking for the precise ingredient for this season: speed to catch up, strength to endure, wisdom to decide, might to execute.
Across the hour, we move through a clear rhythm: stay, pursue, manifest. Staying isn’t resignation; it’s Mary lingering at the tomb when everyone else goes home and meeting the risen Christ because she didn’t leave too early. We unpack how to wait without drifting into despair, how to align your expectations with heaven’s pace, and why God’s “quickly” can feel slow to second hands but right on time to purposes. Along the way, Job’s resolve reframes what it means to count on God the way we count on paydays and promises.
Then we shift into pursuit. David at Ziklag shows us how to rise from tears to tactics—asking, Shall I pursue? and moving on a fresh word. Jonathan’s perhaps becomes a courageous blueprint for late-year moments: nothing stops God from saving by many or by few. Even the four lepers model the smallest next step that God can amplify. We talk about the overlooked “rod” in your hand, the five loaves you already carry, and why motion attracts multiplier grace.
Finally, we insist on manifestation. Fruit matters more than foliage. We make space to believe for outcomes you can hold—restored relationships, signed deals, healed bodies, revived callings. If heaven brings a pregnancy to term, it will not close the womb at delivery. That confidence reframes October and beyond: your story can still end in glory.
If this stirred your faith, follow the show, share it with a friend who needs hope, and leave a review with one word you’re asking God for this week. Your voice helps others find the grace they need.

Buana Sifiwe, shall we pray? Father, we thank you and we honor you tonight. This is our faith and our belief that you have never gathered your people in vain, and that you have a portion for each and every one of us. We have sung and said that you are our portion. And indeed, the Bible says in the book of Psalms 16, verse 5 that you are my portion and my cup, and you're the one that maintains our Lord. That our boundary lines have fallen for us in pleasant places, and we have a delightful inheritance. And tonight, King of Glory, our hearts and our eyes are unto you. The Bible says that Moses lifted up the bronze snake in the wilderness. And everyone who looked to that bronze snake would actually live. And the New Testament then says that as Moses lifted up the bronze snake, so the Son of Man is lifted up. Tonight we exalt you and we want to lift our eyes from the situations, the challenges, the circumstances around us. Allow us to lift our eyes to you tonight in Jesus' name. Allow us to fix our eyes. Lord, we empty ourselves of everything so that your word would find a place in our hearts. Man shall not live by bread alone, but we agree that there is a word that you can speak to us tonight that just turns around our lives. And therefore, we are expectant to hear from you and you alone. Take all the glory, take all the honor, and take all the praise. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen. Help me to appreciate the worship team. You're looking good in that pink. I tried, I I was I was in the spirit kiddo, but I had pink socks. That's the only bird that I was able to capture. My name is Robert, and I want us to get into the word of God. It's exciting to be here tonight, and um, I want to assure us that every one of us uh will go home with a portion. He has never gathered the house of Jacob in vain. And the Bible says, To him that answereth prayer shall all men come. This is the year of the Lord's uncommon spirit-led impartation. And this is the tenth month. So we've had nine previous months of spirit-led impartation. And my faith and my belief tonight is that every one of us has had something uncommon and something spirit-led. But this month we are looking at impartation of uncommon grace, uh, spirit-led impact. And I would want to just meditate around this theme, looking at two or three areas in our lives, and then we shall be praying. So I started by just quickly looking at the English definition of that word uncommon, just to make sure that I have refreshed myself on exactly what God is saying. And the word uncommon in basic description means unusual and something out of the ordinary. Something unusual or something out of the ordinary. And as I bring this meditation and this word, my prayer is that God will impart us with something uncommon tonight. You see, when we talk about uncommon grace, you need to drill deeper into what aspect of this grace would you want? Because grace for me is the storehouse of heaven. It is where all the treasures are stored. But once you go into that treasure, there has to be something specific that you're looking for. It could be wisdom, it could be speed, it could be strength, it could be might, it could be cancer. All these dimensions are available in this uncommon grace. So as we meditate tonight, begin to ask yourself in this uncommon grace, what is the exact thing that I am looking for? You see, if you're behind schedule, what you need then is speed. Because you're looking at the month of October and you have two and a half months to the end of the year. And in those two and a half months, I think half of it is taken by holidays. So you might be looking at yourself and actually telling yourself tonight the uncommon grace component I need as at now is speed. We might be in October and you're feeling wary and exhausted. So the exact component of the uncommon grace that you need is strength. So it is not that we go into the storehouse and walk away with everything in the storehouse, or really that we carry the whole storehouse to our houses. You must be able to pick very specific things. And as we meditate tonight, I hope that that comes out clearly. But what we are seeking tonight is that uncommon thing that can be imparted upon us and that we require to turn around our uncommon challenges into uncommon miracles. Because my own assumption is that if God has promised us uncommon grace, it must be that there is something uncommon that we are dealing with. So we can take all the uncommon negative things that we are feeling as if we are struggling with tonight and convert them into uncommon miracles. And like we have prayed tonight, we empty ourselves of common thoughts, common wisdom, common arguments, and we make room for that which God wants to do in our lives. Because we could be here in October, but we have a lot of common arguments. We have filled our storehouse. You know, if I have a handbag or if I have a bag and it is full of things that are common, if I come across something uncommon, trust you me, I will be willing to pour out the contents of that bag so that I can receive this which is uncommon. The Bible will say that Proverbs 23:18, for surely there is an end, and your expectation will not be cut off. And that is our prayer tonight. So as I go deeper into this uncommon grace, I would want us to look at three things. Being a proper Baptist, you must have two, three, four points. So I have three of them tonight. And I want us to start with our first one, which is the uncommon grace that stays. Three areas tonight. And the first one is the uncommon grace that stays. In context, we are in mid-October. And like I have said, there is always the temptation to check out of 2025 and just wait for what could become of us in 2026. Maybe you are here and you're saying, this theme is actually not even working for me. Let me wait for what our senior pastor Rev Ambrose is likely to release in 2026, and then I will run with it. So that's the context of being in October, mid-October. So the logic and the rationality is screaming at us. What you couldn't do in ten and a half months, I mean, surely, will you be able to do in two and a half months? In Kiswahili, they say sembuse. It's good to remember. We've always remembered Mualimwamath for the wrong things. But one of the things Mualimwamath taught us is that if you can wash this number of clothes in 30 minutes, how long will it take you to wash 10 times that number of clothes? And then we would quickly multiply. So direct proportion and logic and rationality is actually telling us that if there are things we have not achieved up to this point in the year, then there is a high chance that we may not achieve them in the remaining part of the year. And they are right, because that's mathematics. But this conclusion has only factored the common grace. That's what I would say. So before we conclude and say that there is nothing much else to do, can we try this uncommon grace and see what it can do in the remaining part of this year? And I have a few illustrations for this. The first one is the book of John, chapter 2, verse 1 to verse 11, which is the uh story of Jesus turning water to wine. And I'm saying here that it's interesting that more often than not, we will run out of wine. This wine could be our plants, it could be time, it could be resources, but more often than not in life, we are likely to run out of wine. And the reason is this even if we do meticulous planning, you're planning as a human being. And human beings are inherently limited. So even before you sit down to plan, you're already limited. So these people, even as they are planning the feast, trust you me, they had planned. They had actually tried to estimate the total number of guests who are likely to attend this wedding. They had even put a cushion for the extra people who come, or even for the ones who will take more than the three glasses or four glasses that are recommended. They had put all this into consideration. But the best of our planning is still inherently limited. And I hope this works to move us away from the condemnation because most of us in January we did our plans. You know, we had an entire goal list that we had set out for this year. But I want to challenge you that you could be here in October and your plans didn't come to pass. It is because you're human, it is because you're limited in every way. So this is what happens in the wedding at the corner of Galilee. So you're here in October, and I'm here asking you: have you run out of wine? Have you run out of resources? Have you run out of time? Is there a project you intended to complete and you're realizing that, you know, the resources have run out and so on? Have you run out of grace to pray over a particular matter? Because you knew that breakthrough would come in the first three months. And you had all the scriptures you could quote that God will come with speed and finality, that the hand of God came upon Elijah and he was able to run faster than the chariots. We have a lot of scriptures we can quote, especially when we want God to come and to come quickly. Have you run out of grace to pray over that matter because you've realized that God has not yet come and we are in October? So we have two options. You could either panic, and panicking means I am sure there are some people who went home when they started realizing that this wine has run out, which is what most of us more often than not do. Throw in the towel, give up on that matter, fold the tents, and abruptly end the party. Those were the options on the table. You can give up on a loved one that you've been praying for for some time. You can decide to close that business because you've ran out of wine. You can decide to give up on salvation because God has stayed and he's not coming. That's the first option, which is to panic. But tonight I'm presenting to us even a better option, which is to be like Mary, who realizes that she can actually tap into the uncommon grace when the common has run out. The Bible will say in the book of Psalms, don't fret. There is better wine that is coming. And I'm challenging us here tonight that before you give up on that matter, ensure that you have given the uncommon grace a chance. Before you fold up your business, before you give up on your career, before you give up on your goals that you had set out for this year, have you given the uncommon grace a chance? The end of that story in verse 11, just paraphrasing the Bible says that Jesus' intention was to reveal his glory and also to show his disciples his power so that they can believe in him. So when this wine is running out, I want you to capture the intention from heaven. Because the intention from earth looks like you're just about to face shame. You're just about to start trending on TikTok and all the other social media pages that you had a wedding and you ran out of wine. But I want you to capture the intention of heaven, which is actually for Jesus to reveal his glory, and so that the followers, in this case, is the disciples, because disciples are followers. They can also believe. You also have followers in your life, people who are actually looking unto you. The Bible will say, Imitate me as I imitate Christ. So you are also surrounded by a cloud of witnesses. This running out of wine, God wants to showcase his glory so that even the followers around your life can believe him. In the story of Lazarus, Jesus tells Martha, I think it's John 11, 40, Martha, Martha, if only you believe, you will see glory. That's the summary of the whole story of the resurrection of Jesus. And I'm here tonight just to encourage us with that verse 11 and that verse that Jesus speaks to Martha, that you will see glory. I know you are hope, your enemies, and even you yourself, maybe you're thinking it will end in shame. But I'm here to tell you don't panic. It shall end in glory. The second example that I would look at quickly is the story of Mary Magdalene, and that is captured in the book of John 20, verse 10. This is in the resurrection of Jesus. So on Sunday morning, we have some women and some disciples who are running to the tomb so that they can anoint the body of Jesus. So when they arrived, which is now this verse 10, very interesting because there are two things we will notice. The disciples went back. Of course, we know they found the tomb empty. The disciples went back to where they were staying. But if you read verse 11, verse 11 says, Mary stood outside the tomb crying. She didn't go back with them. And I want to capture a few things and a few thoughts from that story. Because I was asking myself, which is the more likely place that you will find this resurrected Jesus? Is it in your home or is it at the same place where he died? Because if any of us lose something, most of us will say, This is the last spot I saw this thing. And I love the revelation from Mary because I'm asking myself, why were the disciples going back home? Yet the probability of Jesus appearing in their homes is minimal. The most likely place he's going to appear is actually at the same tomb where he died. And I'm encouraging us tonight, even as we talk about the grace, to stay, that that which looks to you like a tomb, that which looks to you like death, don't give up on it. The place that Jesus is most likely to appear to you is actually at the same tomb. Stay in that same place. Because as the disciples are going home, why are they going home? Because going home looks like the more comfortable option. Going back to your house, closing that business, giving up on your career, giving up on that prayer item that you have actually looks like the more comfortable option and actually looks like the more logical option. But stay a little longer. In some versions of the Bible, they will say that Mary Magdalene lingered. May we be able to learn that we can linger a little more. We can wait a little longer even on that matter that we are trusting God for. I know it looks like a tomb, but stay there. You better even stay there crying because this version says that Mary stayed there, but she was crying. You stay on that matter, even if you're still crying, but stay on it. Don't give up on it. It could be your business, it could be your career, it could be your relationships, it could be your family. Whatever it is that is lost, and all you have is an empty tomb. Stay, cry, but stay. The third illustration that I would have wished to bring to us is the story of Job. And this is just in passing because we know the story. But what stood out for me in the story of Job is that Job 2.9, you know the Bible says, He who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor from the Lord. But now here the wife is telling Job, do you want to still hold fast to your integrity? Curse God and die. And I'm sure most of us are coming across such people who are telling you, give up on this matter and die. Do you still want to hold on to your integrity? That word integrity means unity. It means unwavering. It means you have refused to be moved even concerning that matter. And I think Job somehow found himself in the book of Micah. Because if you read Micah 7, 7 in the message version, I hope we can be able to get it. Micah 7.7 in the message version, because this I saw it as a reply to actually what Job's wife has told him. Because Job's wife has told him, give up, curse God, and die. This is what Micah 7.7 says. But me, I feel like this was Job speaking. I am not giving up. I am sticking around to see what God will do. I am waiting for God to make things right, and I am counting on God to listen to me. And if you come across a Job's wife somewhere, I hope that you can have such a response to them. That you can tell them, as for me, I am not giving up. I will stick around some more time and let me see what God will do. I am actually counting on God to listen to me. And that struck me because most of us know how to count on men. If you're here and you are landlord, you actually count on your tenants to pay. If you're here and you are employed, you count on your employer to be able to give you a salary at the end of the month. But I want to ask us how many things are you saying in your life tonight that I am counting on God? If you have learned how to count on men, men who are limited, men who the Bible says they are liars. You know, Numbers 23, 19 will say, God is not a man that he should lie. For me, the meaning of that scripture is that then generally or naturally, men should lie. Because that's why God says he's not a man that he should lie. If you have learned how to count on men who can lie, why can't you count on God? And I'm here to ask you, can you be able to point out two or three things that you're saying? These ones, because I cannot count on men, I am counting on God. That's the grace to stay. And as I conclude on that grace to stay, I quickly asked myself, why then do we stay? And the reason we stay is because the one who has promised is faithful. Our ability to wait on people is usually dependent on how many times these people have failed us or not failed us. In fact, in your life right now, you actually know people, even in your phone book, when they tell you they will come, they come. Even if they run late, you are usually the person who says, Uyumtua kinepea appointment, they don't fail. But we also have in our phone books people who we know. Unless you see them, you are not sure whether they will show up or not show up. So the reason we can stay and the reason we can trust God for this uncommon grace to stay is because he always shows up. The parable of the widow and the persistent judge summarizes in Luke 18, verse 8, by saying, When the Son of Man comes, not if, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth? So Jesus tonight is asking us, I know this year has been the year of the uncommon spirit-led impartation. And I know there are many things and many themes we've been looking at, uncommon vision, uncommon faith, and all those things. And now we are looking at uncommon grace. But the question is when he comes, will he find faith on earth? Because as we started this theme in January, there is no place God said he has to come in January. If he comes in December, will he find faith in your life? If he comes in November, will he find faith? Because for as sure as heaven and earth lives, God surely comes. I noticed in this Luke 18, verse 8, it starts by saying, I tell you, he will avenge them quickly. Other versions will say speedily, other versions will say promptly. And imagine this widow had been going to the judge every single day. If you go back to verse 7, the Bible will say in verse 7, Will not God bring about justice for his elect who cry out to him day and night? Will he delay in helping them? And I'm asking myself, has God not delayed up to this point? Because this widow would go to the judge every single day. In fact, by the time the Bible is saying that he will bring justice to them who cry out to him day and night, this means it is not one day. Because it should have said to the people who cried to him, one day and one night. This person has cried to God days and nights. It's like the story of Hannah, who the Bible says, year after year, she would go down to Shiloh. But the next portion, God is saying he will come quickly. So I'm asking myself, could it be that the problem is our clock? Could it be that you're feeling as if God has delayed because you're using your clock and you're not using heaven's clock? Anytime we have felt pressure and felt as if God has delayed to come, I think the challenge is our clock. And the challenge with our clock is it has a second hand, then it has the minutes, and then it has the hours, and then it has the days. Heaven's clock only has days. And in that portion of having days, the Bible says that a thousand years is like a day to him. So God's clock has no minutes, it has no seconds, it has no hours. So as you see that ka second clock and that kaam moving so fast, you tend to feel the pressure and to see like it has moved so many times. But in heaven, I don't think it has moved. Because he's waiting for one day or for a thousand years to move, and then he can say it is like a day. So the problem is we need to align our clock to God's clock because he's saying he will bring justice speedily. Yet this widow has waited for quite some time. Most of the time, when you're saying God is late, he might actually be saying he's too early. And maybe some of us have gone into meetings where the other party thinks they are too early and you you think they are too late. You have to quickly check, had you indicated 10 a.m. or 10 p.m. Because maybe one of you is saying p.m. and the other one is saying, so you're saying he's late, but God is saying he's actually quick and he's prompt. The one who promised is faithful. The Bible will say in Hebrews that by these two immutable things, it is impossible for God to lie. That he swore by his oath and then he gave a promise. It was enough to give a promise. If God tells you, I will come, that is enough because he's a man and he cannot lie, and he has exalted his word even above his name. But in addition to that, he even swore by himself. So this God I am challenging us to wait upon, he surely comes. Joseph in the book of Genesis 50, 24, he tells his brothers, God will certainly come. Certainly, that is the word. And when he comes, make sure that you carry my bones. The other reason that we stay is also because delay for him doesn't make things worse. And I think we know the story of Lazarus. That Mary and Martha, the reason they were under pressure is because they thought it is easier for Jesus to heal Lazarus than to resurrect him. So some of us could be feeling like it was easier for Jesus to perform the miracle in April than it is in October. But Jesus, when he arrives, he says, I am the resurrection and the life. It doesn't matter whether it is sickness, it doesn't matter whether it is headache or it has gone to the next level or even death. I am the resurrection and the life. So they were feeling pressure because of their expectation that Jesus needs more power to resurrect than he needs to heal. I am here to tell us that it wouldn't take God more power to perform the miracle in October than he would have done it at the beginning of the year. Because that's when then we feel the pressure. Martha, if you believe we have said it, you will see glory. And the last reason why I can challenge us to stay is because God is not just interested in addressing that one issue. Most of the time, God will use a burning bush to draw you into his presence. But when you arrive into his presence, the conversation is not even about the burning bush. He will be speaking to you about the deliverance of the children of Israel. And I know tonight you might be feeling pressure because you need to pay your bill, and that bill is urgent. But as you wait and as you stay, God will actually be speaking about how to transition you from just struggling with bills to getting into a place of abundance. You might be here and you're praying over one matter, but God is hoping that as you pray for that one issue, He can actually use that opportunity to also deal with everything else in your life. Daniel chapter 10, verse 14. Daniel has been praying for 21 days, and we know the story. And even when the angel comes, the angel confirms I had been arrested by the prince of Pasha. But I wished I could come earlier. But this angel tells Daniel, I want to come and explain to you what will happen in the future. So, Daniel, you were just praying about today and the things that you're trusting God for and the breakthroughs you desire. But as you're praying, God is interested that He can also bring you visions that concern a time to come. All of us agree that without the book of Daniel, then we would have a challenge even understanding the book of Revelation. So there are many things God was speaking to Daniel in this season, but Daniel was not praying about those things. So even as you're in a season of staying, and I pray that tonight we obtain the uncommon grace to stay, those are some of the reasons why you can actually find joy even in staying. That he will surely come, and that number two, the delay doesn't make things worse for him. And lastly, that when he comes, he doesn't just want to address that one matter. Could it be that it's not the joblessness, but God actually wants you to make you an employer? Could it be that you're dealing with a stubborn sickness and you are wondering why it's not going away? But God wants to release a grace of healing upon you. Could it be that you're praying about a few thousands, but God is actually talking about billions? Could it be that God wants to give you secrets of the days to come? Do you know these secrets that Daniel was given? He it is the only thing that Daniel would write in his CV, even when he's applying for jobs, that I have an ability and a special gift to tell you what is to come. You know, so it is also critical that we ask ourselves what could it be that God wants to speak to me, even in this season of staying? So As we desire the uncommon grace to stay, may none of us check out. May none of us, you know, fold up the tents and live before God has come. We read the story of Goliath, and we say that he was insulting the Israelites every day for 40 days. Personally, I thank God that that armin never went home. They still showed up every day, even if they were showing up and they didn't know how to fight him, but they didn't go home for 40 days. Because on the 40th day is when God will send a savior in the name of David to deal with the Goliath. Would you have an ability to stay? Even if you show up before Goliath and he insults you, you stay. I mean it doesn't hurt me anywhere physically, I will stay. Quickly, as I come to these two others, but but I wanted to just build a case on the grace of staying because it is what ties up to these other two things. I pray that we also obtain tonight the uncommon grace to pursue. So there is the uncommon grace to stay, which is an ability to wait on God. But this uncommon grace doesn't just stay, it also pursues. And I have three illustrations. And the first one is we know it, the story of David at Ziklag. And the Bible says, Shall I pursue, overtake, and recover? And God says, By sure means, pursue them, you will overtake and you will recover. And it's important for us to notice that this raid was heavy on David because his own wives and his own children had also been captured. If you are to go home and find you've lost everything, you will first of all have to pray for the grace to stay, the grace to encourage yourself in the Lord. But it takes another level or another dimension to actually say, no, no, no, no, wait a minute. Is there a possibility that I can still pursue over this matter? And I pray tonight that after encouraging yourself and obtaining the grace to stay, that you will also have two or three things where you are saying, I will pursue, I will pursue, I will pursue. Over this matter, I am not going to rest. I am not just because David had an option to set up a tent and say, Let's start mourning. We have lost our families. It is okay, let us start mourning. But he said maybe there is a higher dimension of pursuing. 1 Samuel 14, verse 6. This is the story of Jonathan and the Amabearer. You can read it maybe later. Let me just paraphrase. Jonathan tells the Yama Bearer, Let come, let us go over to the outpost of this uncircumcised man. Perhaps the Lord will act in our behalf. Because nothing can hinder God from saving, whether by many or by few. And I pray that as we go to the last part of this year, that you will say, Perhaps, paradventure, God will grant me victory. How can I give up when we are on the 15th of October? Let us go over. This is a time when Saul was the king, and Saul had actually said, Nobody should go and attack those enemies. But Jonathan said, wait a minute. God is able to save by few, by many. I want to encourage us tonight that God is able to give you that victory in 10 months, but He's also able to give you in a day. He's also able to give you in a week. He's also able to give you in one hour. So go home telling yourself, perhaps, perhaps God will be with me in this business. Before I give up, perhaps God will be with me. Nothing can hinder God from saving, whether by many or a few. It's interesting that now we can't use the part of many because we don't have many months to the end of the year. So we have to incline ourselves to the part of the few. 2 Kings 7, verse 3. This is the fall lepers, and we know their story. And they ask themselves, why sit here till we die? Let's try the uncommon. Because in any case, the common won't work. And tonight I want to challenge us to create an environment for the uncommon to flow. Because it is in pursuing that the uncommon begins to flow. These four lepers were actually walking and stamping their feet. And I'm asking myself, how much sound can a leper make with their feet? But as they are doing that bare minimum or that small thing that they should do, the uncommon grace began to flow. And I want to ask you tonight, is there an area where you feel like you're the four lepers? Just start doing something. Start engaging. I am sure you have the five loaves and two fish. I am sure, yes, you have a multitude of 5,000 people, but these five loaves and two fish, you give thanks and start breaking them. You might be surprised that they will be able to feed the crowd. Most areas of our lives where we are stuck, it is because we have not started engaging. Look at any area of your life where you're feeling stuck this year and ask yourself, where can I start? Because for the four lepers, they say, Divide stay here, I die. Let me try this out and see whether I could live. Moses was told by God, stop crying because you have a rod. It's only that you don't think a rod can separate the waters of the Red Sea, but you have a rod in your hands. Could there be a rod that you're holding, but you're still crying to God? And yet you can start using that rod. John 13, 17, Jesus would tell the disciples, now that you know these things, blessed are you if you do them. And finally, as I summarize, the uncommon grace that manifests. And this is what will lead us to two or three minutes of prayer. Because after we've gotten the uncommon grace to stay, we don't just stay for the sake of it. That is not an end in itself, it is a means to an end. After we have obtained the uncommon grace to pursue, we don't just pursue for the sake of it. We don't just pursue so that we will take selfies and actually post online and say, guys, I pursued. No. The evidence is in this last part. It is the uncommon grace that manifests. It is the uncommon grace that is able to bring to birth. You must be able to have tangible evidence of the uncommon grace working in your life. Isaiah 66, verse 9. God will ask, Shall I bring a baby to the point of birth and not deliver? So all these things we are doing, you must trust God that He doesn't just give a pregnancy, He doesn't just allow conception and then allow a pregnancy to go the full term nine months, only to close the womb at the point of birth. And you know, it starts in verse 8 by asking, can a nation be born in a day? And then it says, As soon as Zion traveled, she also brought forth her sons. So insist, even as we go to the end of this year, that I must be able to show my baby. I tell people it's interesting that we never go to, you know, greet the mother and the baby when the baby is still in the womb. Most of us go for, in our language, we call them kamwere do and all those things, after there is physical evidence of the baby. So you must insist to hold your physical baby. It is okay to show the pregnancy, but there is a greater miracle and a greater joy if you can be able to hold the baby in your hands. And that's why the Bible says that God doesn't close the womb. I don't believe that God can bring us to October only to close up our wombs, only for us to finish the year with nothing to show for it. John 15, verse 8, Jesus would say, But this by this is my Father glorified, that you bear much fruit. So don't be excited to be the tree that is flourishing, has nice green leaves, but you have no fruit. In fact, we know the the verdict of such a tree, because it is the tree that Jesus cast, and the issue was the fruit. So we must insist on the uncommon grace that is able to bring to birth even in this season. Jesus commanded us that we have to occupy until he comes. Be fruitful and multiply. Have dominion. You must come back with a plunder. After you have pursued, you must come back with a plunder. For David, he came back with plunder that he took several days to distribute after the Ziklag moment. And we are here to declare, even as we rise up on our feet, that we will finish this year strong. That we will go from glory to glory and strength to strength. If you are here and you're like Elijah and you're telling God, Let me die, I challenge you to wake up and drink. The same Elijah who was saying he wants to die is the same Elijah who went for 40 days and 40 nights straight without resting. So there is something that can happen to you tonight that allows you to move from a place of saying, Let me die, to a place of conquering, to a place of going to anoint Jehu. If you die where you are, what happens to Elisha who should be anointed? What happens to Jehu, who should also be anointed? Doesn't the Bible say there is hope for a tree that has been cut because at the scent of water it shall sprout again? So even as we rise to our feet, I want you to pick one or two areas and in three minutes just pray and tell the Lord, let your uncommon grace flow to this particular area of my life. Electricity flows from a place of high potential to low potential. Create a demand tonight. Could it be that you have had a challenge waiting on God? Tell the Lord, give me the uncommon grace to wait on you. I want to declare that I am not the one who will live because you have said tonight that when you come, so I will wait for you until you come. It could be the second area where you are feeling there are still matters you want to pursue this year. There are still some several things that God is still insisting in your heart that you shouldn't let go. May you obtain the grace tonight to pursue. And thirdly, insist that you will have a fruit for this year. It can't be that we walk through a whole year of 2025 and we have nothing to show for it. Insist that you will have a fruit for this year in Jesus' name. Father, we thank you. Father, we bless your name in the name of Jesus Christ. Thank you tonight because there is no one who waits on the Lord and ends up in shame. The Bible says in Isaiah 54 that even as we enlarge the place of our tents, we shall not be brought to shame. And Lord, I declare tonight that even as your people believe you, even as they desire to wait on you until you come, that none of them will be brought to shame. In the name of Jesus, the Bible says that they that wait on the Lord shall renew their strength and they will be able to run, they will be able to scale and to mount up with wings like the eagle. I tell people, you don't wait until you're tired. No, you wait until he comes. Tonight may we make a resolution. This could be two and a half months of being defiant in the spirit, where we say, I am not giving up on this matter. I am not giving up on praying for my loved ones. I am not giving up on this family in the name of Jesus Christ. There are still more territories to be conquered. God would tell Joshua, there is still a big territory yet to be conquered. May we obtain the grace tonight to even be able to pursue in the name of Jesus Christ. Don't just stop at the place of staying, but also tell the Lord, I obtain the grace to pursue in the name of Jesus Christ. And lastly, Jehovah Master, because therein is your name glorified, that we should bear much fruit. I rebuke the spirit of barrenness where we have labored and labored. We have twelled all night like Peter, and yet we have nothing to show for it. We declare that this remaining part of the year, there shall be fruitfulness in the name of Jesus. There shall be a net-breaking catch. We could have twelled all night, but tonight we are saying, At your word, O God, we will cast our nets into the deep again. Mary would say, Blessed is she that believed, for there shall be a performance of the things that were spoken to her. May you help us to believe you again tonight, oh God. Even in areas that have not worked out, we will go back to them. We will believe you again in the name of Jesus Christ. Father, we thank you and we honor you and we declare that it shall end in glory. That relationship will end in glory, that family will end in glory, that sickness will end in glory. It shall not end in death in the name of Jesus Christ. That business shall end in glory, that career shall end in glory, that project shall end in glory. None of us will be brought to shame. Even as we wait on you, my God and my father, in the name of Jesus Christ. Anyone on the verge of birthing their miracle, we declare that they will have a Hebrew birth. We release the grace, my God and my father. Even to midwife, the blessing and the miracle in the name of Jesus Christ. As soon as Zion traveled, she brought forth, My God and my Father, in the name of Jesus Christ. We release a season of birthing. After nine months of carrying the pregnancy, let the birthings begin to come. For every place we have labored for things we have been pregnant pregnant with, even in our spirits. Let the birthings begin to manifest, Jehovah God, in the name of Jesus. At the scent of water tonight, there shall be birthing to the glory and to the honor of your name. Thank you for refreshing us. Thank you because our lives shall never be the same again. Thank you because as we go home, we believe. We believe, and it shall end in glory in the name of Jesus. We declare a harvest of miracles, a harvest of testimonies, my God and my Father, because this word, oh God, shall bring forth a hundredfold harvest. We thank you and we honor you. And we bless the tea, oh God, even as we partake of it. In Jesus' name we pray and believe. Amen and amen. May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with us now and forevermore. God bless you.
